Betparo may request identity or payment verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of the payment method used for deposits, or confirmation of source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold until verification is complete.
Betparo accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, bets and game credits are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit process.
Deposits are credited to your Betparo account balance after successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast typically complete within minutes, while bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank. Betparo is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or your bank.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed within the deposit section of your account. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability for outbound transfers. Betparo processes withdrawals in PKR only. The platform aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, though actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the receiving payment provider.
Betparo aims to review and approve withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically among the fastest to process once approved. Bank transfers may take additional working days. During peak periods or where verification is outstanding, processing times may be longer. Using multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies or any other method to exploit bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine entertainment gaming is strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is identified, Betparo may confiscate the bonus balance and any associated winnings, and may suspend or permanently close the account involved.
The Betparo VIP programme rewards consistent players across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. VIP points are earned automatically on qualifying real-money bets across all game categories including casino, slots, fish games and sports betting. Accumulated points determine your tier level and unlock corresponding benefits.
VIP tier status is assessed on a rolling basis using real-money wagering activity. Tier downgrade may occur if the qualifying wagering threshold for the current tier is not maintained within the assessment period. VIP cashback and benefits are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent outside of the stated programme.
